I implemented and configured SINCH/Mercury SMS in Salesforce and built a scheduled Flow to automatically send SMS reminders before appointments – helping the team save time each week and improving client attendance rates.

Integrated Lead Capture

To streamline enquiry management, I integrated Meta Lead Forms and real estate listing platforms with Salesforce via Zapier. New leads now flow directly into Salesforce in real time, enabling faster follow-up, reducing manual data entry, and ensuring no enquiry slips through the cracks.

Commission Tracking

Sales team needed a way to record and track commissions across multiple projects in Salesforce. I developed a custom commission tracking system using custom objects, fields, and dashboards, allowing the team to easily record commissions and fees, monitor outstanding amounts, and know exactly when payments are due – improving visibility and accuracy.

Mobile App Enhancements for Open Inspections

For a real estate team managing high-volume open inspections, I reconfigured the Salesforce Mobile App to make capturing walk-in enquiries faster and easier. Agents can now record details on the spot, assign leads instantly, and follow up directly from the app – improving response times and data accuracy.

Membership Management & Shopify Integration

A community sports club needed to modernize how they manage members. I implemented a custom membership solution on Salesforce NPSP, completed a full legacy data migration, and integrated with Shopify for online sign-ups and renewals — giving the team a single, automated view of every member.

In-App Guidance for Staff Training

To reduce onboarding time and improve confidence with Salesforce, I implemented In-App Guidance and tailored help prompts across key processes. Staff can now access context-specific tips as they work, resulting in fewer support requests and faster adoption.
